Went to get a deep tissue-type massage today (cuz of headaches). While the during was very painful at times, the after has been amazing. #
Yesterday, felt great from massage. Today, feel like I’ve been hit by a semi. I knew this would happen, yet it doesn’t make it hurt less. #
